1.2 Methods & Carriers
We ship via UPS or FedEx. Expedited options at checkout. Signature will be required for orders.
1.3 Addresses & International
We ship to U.S. addresses only. We do not ship to international addresses.
1.4 Risk of Loss; Insurance
Risk of loss transfers upon delivery. Shipments may be insured. Inspect packages upon receipt and report damage within 24 hours.
1.5 Lost/Damaged Packages
If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 2 business days at info@towerofjewels.com. Retain all packaging; we may file a carrier claim.
2. Returns & Exchanges
2.2 Non‑Returnable Items
Custom or engraved items, special orders, resized rings, final‑sale items, opened piercing jewelry, and gift cards are not returnable.
2.3 Exchanges & Store Credit
Eligible items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within the return window.
2.4 Return Condition & Verification
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and include certificates, appraisals, original tags, and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet criteria.

Once inspected and approved, refunds typically post within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
3. Order Changes & Cancellations
You may request changes or cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Custom or rush orders may be non‑cancellable after work begins.
