Covers manufacturing defects, routine maintenance, and third‑party service terms.
1. Limited Warranty
We warrant against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from purchase. Normal wear, loss, theft, abuse, and improper care are excluded.
Proof of purchase is required. ToJ, at its discretion, will repair or replace eligible items.
2. Exclusions & Wear
Prongs wear over time; stones can loosen with normal wear. Activities such as sports, gym, or housework can impact jewelry. Damage from impacts, chemicals, or unauthorized repair is not covered.
3. Maintenance & Inspections
We recommend professional inspection and cleaning every 6 months. Some warranties require periodic inspections to remain valid.
4. Resizing & Alterations
One free resizing within 60 days for eligible rings. Additional resizing or complex alterations may incur fees.
5. Repairs Process
Start a repair at info@towerofjewels.com. We will evaluate and provide an estimate before work begins. Turnaround is typically 1-2 weeks.
6. Appraisals & Certificates
Appraisals and certificates (e.g., GIA/IGI) should be returned with the item. Replacement fees may apply if missing.
7. Shipping for Repairs
We provide guidance for safe shipment and may provide insured labels. Risk of loss during shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.
